We were totally impressed, even though it was our first cruise. It met all of our expectations and then some.

Food and Dining

The buffet was great and the food was hot. The wait staff was very polite, and had a smile each time we were there. We espcially enjoyed dining at the Versailles Restaurant. Our first night there we had these two waitresses that went beyond the call of duty to satisfy us. Each time we dined there, we would request to sit at one of their tables. If we couldn't get them we were more than happy to sit someplace else, and even then the wait-staff were exceptional. On a number of occassions, the two waitresses would see us, and came right over to us and just start talking, they just made you feel very welcomed. We had met a some people on board, and when we saw them in line to the resturant, we told them to ask to be seated with "the two girls", and when we saw them later that evening, they thanked us, and said it was the best dining experience they've had on the ship.

Service and Staff

We found everybody that we came in contact with was very friendly, and did and would go above the "call of duty"

Ship Quality

I realize that they have plenty of people on board to take care of everything from food to housekeeping, but I was totally amazed how clean and tidy it looked each day, especially the days that we were at sea all day. Not to mention the food, that was well prepared and very delicious.

Cabin / Stateroom

I was happy with our room, it was a little small, but we were able to get around. House keeping was very nice, when we saw him in the corrider he would greet us my our name.

Pros: The

Cons: Our stay in Ketchican was to short, would have liked to see more of it, and been able to shop after our excursion.
