People love the steam, chop and sizzle that happens here. Sit at a large table where the process of preparing your food right before you is entertaining and impressive.

We really did not eat here, but it was next to Ginza where we ate and we were able to watch the antics at the Teppanyaki grills and see the cooking. It looked like if you want a real grill like Benihana or other authentic Japanese restaurant, you will be disappointed. It really looked like the spoof by John Ritter on Three's Company. There was lots of noise (knife blades (on their sides) clanging together noisily, but no real theatrics with any drama or ooo and aah. Food was cut, but with no sprinkles or splashes of seasoning. For an authentic experience, go to any teppanyaki in any metropolitan city - not here.

Teppanyaki was outstanding. The menu asked about "Exotic Fruit" and we did order it but all it was was breakfast "melon", nothing special.

If you’ve been to a hibachi restaurant, you know it’s not true hibachi ingredients. Fish & meats are marinated in butter, garlic, and soy sauce; true hibachi uses teriyaki. The miso soup tastes like they used ocean water and then added more salt! The good: chefs are fun & very entertaining.
