Review summary

It was ok. That's about it really. We will stay with Royal Caribbean for future cruises. Nothing wrong with the ship, food or night shows. Service from the bar staff, customer service was nothing short of terrible.

We have cruised with them 3 times and always had a great experience. Our last was on Excape with the kids , lots to do but only down fall is bigger ship more people and harder to get a drink. but staff has always been great .

We were on the Spirit for 14 days in December. Customer service and bar staff were great. Looking forward to going again in April.
