Great cruise on a friendly ship!

Sail Date: February 01, 2013

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

While not a new vessel\, well maintained and clean. Great staff full of smiling faces willing to help whenever needed.

Pros: Staff\, itinerry\, food and wine; shower and sink had very strong water flow.

Cons: Small balcony.

Recommends Norwegian Spirit? Yes!

Ship Quality
While only half the size of the new mega ships handled the conditions of the sea and ocean very well. Very clean\, easy to get around.
Food and Dining
Ate at three of their specialty restaurants in addition to the main dining rooms and their buffet restaurant. Very good food and terrific wait staff.
Cabin / Stateroom
Somewhat cramped cabin with a small balcony. Their luxury suites are quite impressive. We had a \"normal\" sized balcony room on deck 11. Very clean and comfortable. Everything was in fine working order and had plenty of power outlets.
Service and Staff
Guest services\, room steward\, restaurant staff were all great. The captain was an out and out hoot! He was very visible to the passengers and attended several functions.
While not a mega ship had plenty to do and places to do it. Dodge ball\, basketball\, golf practice\, jogging track\, five outdoor spas\, great kids play area with a small water slide.
