Beautiful ship, easy to get around after just a few hours. Dining mid and aft. Adult pool forward, kids pool aft. Lots of quiet places.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food was abundant and quality OK. To get the really good stuff required a surcharge

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Second City comedians and an acrobat group from Cirque Soleil were on the ship and marvelous. The other acts were so-so.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
11 y/o daughter met many friends and always had something to do.

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
Definitely not the same quality as Holland America. Very pushy on buying drinks and once refused seemed offended. Housekeeping staff were great as were the officers and crew.

Ship Quality

Cabin / Stateroom

We stayed in an interior room with 2 kids. Advertised two bunks and two twins, but only one bunk and I slept on a pad on the floor

Pros: Everything is freestyle from the dining to excursions to disembarkment

Cons: Very pushy on buying bar drinks, kids had to go to a bar to get sodas

Recommends Norwegian Spirit? Yes!
