Ship is showing it's age, refit was only partially completed and carpets were dirty and did not match, cracked tiles in the showers. Constant vibration from screws felt like bent shaft or unbalanced blades.

Food and Dining

Ordered the 10oz filet medium rare at Cagney's ($25 extra charge per person) and had to send it back. Toughest filet I have ever encountered. Replacement was acceptable. Dining halls were quite good, smaller portions were good idea.

Made to wait two hours to exit the ship via tenders so the folks that paid NCL for their excursion could get off first. We did not get to complete our tour as we were so late getting off. For NCL it appears all about their money. Also had to carry our luggage off to disembark without a 2 hour delay. "Individual passenger" is not the class you want to be in. Thought after Titanic 'stearage' class would at least be allowed to get off the boat when ready and not required to wait for the 'better' people.

Closet door did not latch, had to stuff rag between them to keep from slamming back and forth with motion of ship. Edges of floor dirty, tiles cracked, rusted shower doors, A/C did not cool adequately

Pros: Excellent food, easy to move around, accomodations fine.

Cons: Casino only place without kids, treated badly if booked tours not thru NCL

Recommends Norwegian Spirit? No.
