NEVER AGAIN!

Sail Date: October 01, 2009

Reviewed: 7 years ago

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Oceanview

They nickeled and dimed us for everything! The food was terrible!! The ports were riduculous. We did not have near enough time at the only ports worth stopping at (Quebec City, Halifax, Portland and Boston); and way too much time at the other ports! This cruise was featured as a fall scenic cruise and the crew didn't even care enough to ever keep the windows clean. You could not even see out of them due to the salt deposit and grim.

Pros: Quebic City

Cons: THe ship's food menu was terrible and the food served was horrible!

Recommends Norwegian Spirit? No.

Food and Dining
The menu offerings were horrible and not culturally sensitive to white caucasians! The food served all tasted the same and was terrible.
Service and Staff
The only group of staff that were good were the housekeeping staff.
Entertainment
Same shows over and over.
Ship Quality
This cruise was featured as a fall scenic cruise and the crew didn't even care enough to ever keep the windows clean. You could not even see out of them due to the salt deposit and grim.
Cabin / Stateroom
Stateroom was too small for the price.
