Room Type: Inside

Did not like the Chocolate buffet as it was a zoo. A lot of the serving crew could not understand English. Not enough activities for the young people. The grandchildren were bored. No stores open or any evening activities in the Dockyard at night. The menus in the dining room were repetitious and medicore. The pool is too small for size of ship. Unable to get poolside chairs unless you tagged them at 5:00 a.m. Too pushy selling drinks that were expensive.

Pros: A small portion of the evening entertainment

Cons: Charging $4.00 for fresh squeezed OJ. Selling tickets for free cruise. Portions of the entertainment. Unfriendly serving crews in dining rooms. One server knocked over OJ all over the table, never apologized or came back to clean up. Bathroom had odors. Had to ask for beach towels, etc. for ro

Had to ask for amenities. Not stocked well.
Service and Staff
Server spilled full glass to OJ, never apologized or came back to clean up. Would bring tea bags and no hot water until much later.
Thought the entertainment could be better. Only one couple we enjoyed with the evening entertainment.
Children's Programs
Staff helpful but not enough activities for older kids.
