Review summary
Our first cruise was with Norwegian on the Dream, it was great. This time the food was not good, the male staff except for the casino and Blue Lagoon were almost grumpy, like it was an effort to get you a drink or serve you. We had a great time at the casino, the staff was great. Other than not following rules land casino's use and the frustration of the tournament seat changes it was great. I would recommend a cruise on Norweigan just not sure about the Spirit.Ship experiences

Pros: The casino was great, dealers and staff were friendly and fun to play with. Needed help with the tournaments, seat changes were made for no reason causing people to loose out on hands, moving from just posting blinds to having to post again, official rules should be followed.
Cons: Food - left much to be desired. Cagney's was great, Blue Lagoon was good and their staff was very nice, the buffet was not very appealing and always had a wait for Windows or the Garden Room. Recommend major food changes be made.
Recommends Norwegian Spirit? No.
