Where do i start? Our stateroom was alright the first day, we were actually really happy when we got on the ship because it appeared really nice, well everything started going downhill. The drinks were overpriced, when you asked for a frozen drink they would automatically give you the expensive cup rather than asking you because they have to reach a certain quota to get their tips. The beers were overpriced and they didn't have that great of a selection. The casino was awesome, good chances to win but SOME of the dealers were very unexpierenced and it was making many people mad, myself and about 20 other people watched one dealer jip a man out of his winnings and when we got a supervisor he refused to let him watch the video tape. In our stateroom, they never once changed our sheets, never once changed our towels(we left them on the ground to be changed and they were just hung back up), our water was yellow, our sink was clogged, our shower would NOT drain, our toilet wouldn't flush and our electrical outlet would not work, our remote stopped working, blanket had a tear down it-We called the front desk to notify them, they told us it would be taken care of, it was not, we called another 8 times and walked up there another 2 and each time they kept getting nastier and nastier towards us. By the second day at sea we found that there were not many activities to do on the ship. The whole staff was very unfriendly, they would just run right into you if you were in their way and not apologize for it. The food was horrible and it seemed that they just kept recooking the food from the day before. Freestyle cruising means your eat when you want and what you want and do what you want, well The buffet did close and didn't always have food, the 24 hour Blue Lagoon had horrible food and horrible service, they were very rude and did not care about anything. You couldn't understand the majority of the workers cause a lot of them spoke very bad and they never understood what you were saying. The pool was closed 4 and a half days. All of the bars closed between 8 and 10, with exception to the casino bar so they can get you to spend money. We had to go to the doctor onboard for my fiance' and the doctor charged us 150 dollars for the visit plus the money for the medicine, he gave us the wrong medicine so we had to go back and they charged us for that visit and for the new medicine. After leaving Antigua, the ship lost power and the engines stopped running, we had to set anchor and sit there for 45 mins while they worked on it. We were 2 hours late to our next port because out of the 4 engines that we had only 2 of them were working, we were also 2 hours late leaving that day because they had to fly in a technician to work on the boat. I am so furious with this ship and now will never cruise with NCL ever again.
