The ship is beautiful on the inside however the outside condition of the balconies and windows was very disappointing. We looked through dirty windows the entire cruise.
The concept of "freestyle" was a draw to this cruise but the execution is actually confusing and costly.
Food and Dining

The variety of restaurants is impressive but again we were disappointed. Several of the restaurants have costly cover charges, you need a reservation (so much for freestyle), and the quality of the food was close to poor. The sushi is frozen and of poor variety. I had the worst seafood soups I've ever had in all of the ships' restaurants. Sometimes cold serve items were even frozen to the plate. The servers sometimes became annoying when they explained to us what we were eating as if we never experienced french, japanese or italian cuisines. In this day and age of travel and communications it would be better to assume experience rather than assume ignorance.
Forget about midnight displays. They're not happening even for one night.
The buffet food was nearly the same each day. Half way through the cruise, passengers were no longer allowed to touch serving pieces on the buffet or the beverage stations. I even saw one crew member slap a passengers hand for not waiting to be served

The shows were more athletic than talent. A lot of kicking and screaming at the stage shows. Costumes were nice. Pool parties were displays of drunken exhibition.

Crew members were cheerful overall but there were a few exceptions. The overall mood of the crew seems like they are somewhat fearful of passengers; like they are going to get in trouble if someone complains.

The layout is confusing for the first few days of the cruise. It is difficult to get around on decks 6 and 7 when looking for dining rooms. The ship windows were filthy even though we had beautiful weather in each port. When the ship is crowded with strollers, walkers and wheelchairs, it is nearly impossible to get around. Walkways are narrow.
Cabin / Stateroom

Small TV and located at a very poor angle to chairs and bed. The balcony roof was rusty and falling down. Balcony glass was filthy. No ice on arrival and we could not get any even when asking. The size of the room was ok. Be aware that your room may smell of smoke when you arrive.
