Being mobility handicapped, I was not able to enjoy many of the activities. I discovered the swimming pool would be difficult for me to climb in and out because of the barrier one had to climb over to reach the swimming pool. The swimming pool itself had stairs leading into the pool but I could climb over the barrier using my walker to stabilize my access to the swimming pool

I highly recommend one of your customer service members, Bineeta Moodvari Uprety who assisted me throughout the cruise once I explained my difficulties due to my mobility handicaps

I did find accessing different parts of the ship such as the diningrooms for Cagney and La Cucina requiring my taking elevators and walking through the buffet area to reach those dining rooms

Cabin / Stateroom

cabin very clean. And I did need to have a handicap accessible cabin. I could not understand why I was not assigned to such a cabin before boarding the Norwegian Sky. They had to find the handicap accessible cabin after I boarded the ship. And for that I thank Bineeta Moodvari Uprety for her help.

I was not able to get off the Norwegian Sky because I needed to use my electric scooter and they told me the tender could not accommodate me with the scooter.
