All ship personell were very plesant and attentive. Food at all outlets was excellent. The only drawback of the trip was that the main pool was closed 3 of the 4 days of the trip. This is one of the ships main ammenities and should have been a priority of being in operation.

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
All food was excellent. We had intended on making reservations at one of the speciality restaurants but food was very good in the dinning room that we chose to eat there the entire cruise.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Didn't feel Deal or No Deal game, which we paid additional for, was set up to give any substantiaL prizes. As we paid for the game larger prizes should have been given.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Everyone seems extremely happy to be working for Norwegian. Very attentive to our needs.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Again main pool should have been a priority of being operational. We did not see anyone working on the issue.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Very comfortable and well attended to.

Pros: Food and service were awesome.

Cons: Freeport stop. Main pool was closed for 3 of 4 days of trip.

Recommends Norwegian Sky? Yes!
