The ship has a problem with communication. They didn't provide any details of the embarkation procedure, for example, leaving the guests to work it out for themselves. We didn't find out that our room was not ready until we arrived at our stateroom. None of the several crew members we talked with prior to reaching our room volunteered this information. The announcements were brief, not very helpful and could not be heard from our stateroom. No information was provided about the ports or the destination country except how to spend your money there and where to shop. The ship plays loud music constantly in common areas that you cannot avoid.

Our stateroom was right over the theater, and we could hear the performances in our room into the night.

Pros: The Bahamas were great!

Cons: The ship is very loud. They blare bad, loud music in the common areas most of the day. The pool is particularly bad in this respect.

Recommends Norwegian Sky? No.
