This was our first cruise and last on this cruise line. From the first impression to the last we were not happy. The food on the buffet was mostly cold had to wait for food to be replaced. The only thing that was hot was the coffee. The best meal we had was at Cagney's, which we had to pay almost $100 for, so sad. I really feel that the goal was to sell, sell and sell some more. We went on this cruise to relax. The service persons were just great. I resent being treated by the staff, when getting instructions on safety like we were cattle. I learned all about it better on the tv. Then on top of it all when we settled our account NCL charged our credit card more then double the actual cost. Then we were to go to Great Stirrup Cay and was told by the Captain that part was cancelled due to the wind. We never even saw the Cay and never received any compensation
