I've now sailed on the Sky twice on the Alaskan cruise. Both times it has met and often exceeded my expectations. The serving staff, entertainment and room care is generally more proficient than expected. It's such a treat not to be referred to as "guys." The training program must be the best in the world. The only downside seems to be the "hard sell" for customers to buy this and buy that - even in the spa. The services were phenomenal but it might be better not to keep pushing clients to spend, spend, spend.Embarkation seemed slightly better this year than last although security seemed tighter (thank goodness!)Cleanliness onboard is unbelievable.
