We were very satisfied with our cruise on the Pearl. The staff was friendly. The ship was clean. We enjoyed the food. Our beds were really comfortable!

This is a beautiful ship. The food, the staff and the Pearl are A+. We are already planning another trip for next year.

THIS IS MY 7TH CRUISE. I HAVE CRUISED 3 TIMES ON RCCL, TWICE ON NCL,ONCE EACH ON HAL AND DISNEY. WHAT I LIKE ABOUT NCL IS THE FREESTYLE CRUISING, WHERE YOU CAN EAT WHENEVER AND WHATEVER YOU DESIRE. PLUS THE FACT YOU DON'T HAVE TO REALLY GET DRESEED UP IF YOU DON'T WANT TO, YOU HAVE OPTIONS!!! THIS SHIP IS BRAND NEW THE SHIP IS ABSOLUTLY BEAUTIFUL. WHAT CAN I SAY ABOUT THE STAFF. THEY ARE ALL VERY WONDERFUL AND EAGER TO PLEASE. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT NCL. I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO MY NEXT CRUISE WITH THEM.

We recently sailed on NCL's Pearl. She was a beautiful ship. We especially enjoyed the Spinnaker Lounge with its comfortable lounge chairs. The simple & clear directions made it easier for us to navigate the ship on our own. The Summer Palace was a lovely place to enjoy some of our meals. All the crew were extremely helpful & friendly. I had a wonderful experience in the Spa & enjoyed using the gym & the jogging track. Overall, my mother & I had a wonderful, relaxing vacation & we are looking forward to repeating this experience again next year.

I cannot say enough. The ship was beautiful and very well kept.

Our first cruise but not our last. All the restaurants were first class. Never a dull moment, can be busy from 7am-3am.

The Norwegian Pearl is a beautiful ship. There were a variety of activities for all on the ship. The staff were very helpful and responsive. The food was excellent in the main dining areas. Do not go to the cover charge restaurants. They are no better. The beds were very comfortable as they had real mattresses instead of the styrofoam. The excursions were great. The big, big concern had to do with freestyle dining. This is the first time we were not able to just walk into a restaurant. There were more cover charge restaurants than regular restaurants. It created waiting lines. Norwegian should fix this problem as soon as possible.

I had the most enjoyable cruise on Norwegian. The people were great and the ship was just sparkling clean and beautiful. Watch out for dining. Make reservations way ahead of time. Do believe what they tell you about open dining.

plenty of things to do. I don't see how any one could possibly get bored on a ship like that! booze was a bit pricier than other cruise lines I've cruised with.I loved the decor of some of the specialty dining rooms along with the service I recieved while I dined in them. We really enjoyed the super screen TV in the atrium, especially during the playoffs! The Pearl had the biggest and best fitness center I have ever seen on any ship.

The ship was only 1 month old when I took this cruise, so everything was brand new and clean. The staff was not properly trained and many of the employees were not friendly and most of them did not speak English.

The ship was beautiful. The crew was very friendly and helpful. The food was wonderful. I was not very happy with the free-style of dining. We made reservations the first day for the entire week and I'm glad I did. I heard a lot of passengers complaining about not being able to eat when and/or where they wanted. And also, a number of the specialty restaurants charged an additional fee. Why? Don't they get enough money!

If you don't run right to your room and book the restaraunts youare screwed. we were stuck eating in the Garden Cafe. If you got in a restaraunt the foor was bad as well as the service. just an overall bad experience. We travel Royal caribbean and Carnival and have always had fun. My kids hated the game room. They show a picture on line that is not an actual photo. My son was so dissapointed he never even went into it. We couldn't book excursions without waiting in line for three hours. I waited then it was to late to make any dinner reservations. ALL I CAN SAY IS I AM GLAD TO BE HOME

Overall we had a great time. Loved the itinerary and the new ship. Would try it again in a year or so, once they get the kinks out and improve the quality of service.

see below - feestyle dining is a disaster

The staff and crew members are highly professional and pleasant, and the ship is new and clean but can be decorated with better aesthetic taste. However, some programs, such as the on-shore excursions, are real disappointments. For improvement, the entertainment programs can be enhanced with an addition of more cultivated programs, such as a mixture of classical and broadway music, information about the history, geography, and culture of the stops included in the cruise itinerary. The management may also want to keep in mind that it is a mistake to assume that all the passengers are totally ignorant about Asiatic cultures and culinary arts. The title of one of the night performances regarding Geishia girls appears absurd, if not insulting, to Japanese culture.

This is one of the best cruises by far that I have been on. From the moment we boarded the ship, we were met and greeted like royalty. The staff could not do enough for us, always went that extra mile to see that we got what we wanted even if we didnt see it on the menu, or if we had any questions about our shore excursions.

We sailed on the Norweigian Pearl out of Miami, cruise boat was impressive by sight outside and inside. The cafe on Deck 12 was chaotic people going every where in order to get food from the buffets, not enough tables available to eat at after working to get your food in the buffet. Crew members never came by to ask if you needed anything, and barely cleaned empty tables to make room for guests. The dining in Summer Palace was lacking in service and if you chose to make a reservation at Mambos be sure to tell staff that you want to sit in the Mambos side, not the Blue Lagoon side, as they tell you it is a part of their restuarant but in our opinion the ambiance was not the same. Make reservations for all resturants as soon as you board, or you will miss out. The bowling alley was a new experience for a cruise, it was the best, however the staff once again needed to know how to do a better job putting guests on a waiting list, sometimes the waits could be long, especially when it is a day at sea only on the cruise.

The ship was very clean and modern. Flat screen TV's in the staterooms, great bath and showers,and great service from staff. As we walked around the ship there was always someone cleaning or shining something on the ship. Additionally, at almost every entrance point on the ship, antibacteria hand liquid was provided. The ship takes very good care of the passengers (felt very clean and safe from germs/bacteria).

My friend and I were lucky enough to be one of the first groups ever aboard this lovely ship-- it was even newer than I'd realized, as it had only been in the water two weeks when we went on the cruise. Everything was great-- the food, the service, and the boat-- though I'd never cruised before, everything seemed great to me, and I consider myself of picky standards (when forced to admit it). Would highly recommend! : )
