Great ship, wonderful staff. We would sign up and go again tomorrow. Enjoyed the freestyle cruising. We were able to enjoy many different dining options and enjoyed not having a time table to stick by. Our cabin was clean with plenty of room for two. Didn't care for the ports of call, but we were really there to relax and enjoy the ship.

The ship was beautiful

The Norweigan Pearl is a beautiful, brand new ship...but if you're an experienced cruiser this may not be the cruise for you. Everything was excellent (ship, ports, staff), but the food and concept of "freestyle dining" was terrible. Of course, any issue dealing with the ship is minor compared to the headaches involved with booking with . After we booked the cruise, we tried to get ahold of our agent numerous times, but he never returned our calls. So that meant we went through about five other agents all of which were unhelpful and misleading towards all aspects about the cruise. Through one of our numerous calls we were on hold for about 2 hours. Also I requested to have documents mailed to me and if it weren't for us staying on top of things we might have never received our information. However, we finally did get it about three days PRIOR to the cruise. I booked through many other companies before but was by far the worst. They should be paying us the commission for all of the work we had to do even though they were taking our money. Even if is less expensive than other websites, I'll probably never book through them again.

The Pearl was the best of all of the ships we have ever been on, and we have tried most out of FL. It was clean, friendly and absolutely beautiful! The restaurants were amazing, the amenities were fun and the excursions were fabulous! We can't wait to go on the Pearl again!

highly recommend ncl and the pearl. the day and night entertainment was great and the shore tours seemed well put together. the staff and crew man were exceptional. embarkation and debarkation were flawless and quick. was on the boat in 10 minutes and off in 30 minutes. the days at sea had plenty to do and ports were standard ( cozumel and belize) cant wait to try the ncl pride of hawaii and the new mega ton ship ncl is working on.

I thought the ship was beautiful, the staff was execellent, the food was untouched by any other cruise I went on, and I overall just plan enjoyed my experience.

From bow to stern the Pearl out-classed both of the other cruise lines I have sailed. From the ease of boarding until the easiest disembarkation I have ever had, I was thrilled with this cruise. You all give customer service and hospitality a refreshing new shine. I had come to expect indifference from the service personnel based on my prior shipboard and land experiences, yet only was treated with kindness and smiles while onboard. Not to mention the ships ammenities and cuisine. WOW!!! I can't hardly eat when I want at home. And the stateroom was exquisite, with a more than ample shower. No money was spared in attention to detail on the commissioning of the Pearl, and I will sail her and NCL again soon... Thanks, Grady J Kite

The Pearl is a brand new ship and certainly shows it! Overall its hi-tech features are pretty tough to beat - it has the latest technology in all areas. The stateroom attendants seemed to be very well trained and were very personable as were all the employees in general.

Cruising on the Pearl was a blast! My friend and I had so much fun! We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, shows, scheduled events, and shore excurtions. Our cruise director was wonderful. He was very personable and joined in all the actvities he was present at. He and his staff always had a postive attitude and helped to ensure our cruise experience was pleasent. The water slide on the ship was fun and allowed for a family friendly pool area. THe shows were very entertaining, our favorite being the improv comedy which offered both family and adult only shows in multiple locations throughout the ship, and on different days. The staff was very approachable and willing to engage in conversation. From wait staff, entertainers, to administration, there was not a staff person who didn't say hello with a smile. Multiple staff persons recongized us throughout the 5 day cruise and were willing to help us with suggestions of what resturants to eat at in the evenings and what shore excursions to take. The Cave Tubing excursion was wonderful and our tour guide taught us about the Belizing culture. The only thing we didn't enjoy was having to make reservations for our meals in the evenings. A couple of the nights the resturant we wanted was booked up and we had to eat somewhere else. Which wasn't horrible as the food was delicious in every resturant we ate at but it was disappointing. I also didn't enjoy having to remember to make reservation a day ahead of time and would have perfered to not have to at all or be able to make reseveration for all 5 nights on the first night on the ship.

This was our first trip on the Norwegian line and we were more than pleased. The ship was beautiful with a bowling alley and full tennis court (impressive), nice pool with excellent pool chairs and lounges. The mini suite had a large bathroom and more than adequate closet space. The "freesyle dining" was the best. We do not do the cocktail scene so we were able to eat about six and then make the first show. It was so nice not to be herded in like cattle and have the staff try to be pleasant while they had to feed 600 people in a hour and a half. The snorking tour that we took in Belize was wonderful. We were on a 65ft. catamaran and they could not have been nicer or more helpful. The entertainment was different. We are used to the "Broadway Show" type of entertainment and this was more contemporary is how I would describe it. It was very nice for a change. There was plenty of areas to have a drink and dance, something for everyone regardless of age. The food on some nights was outstanding and on the next night was terrible. Mixed reviews on that but all in all WE HAVE A FABULOUS TIME and would certainly travel on that ship again. Oh, they were also very efficient getting you checked in and onto the ship, no long line, very well done.

The NCL Pearl was a wonderful ship. The meal choices were out of this world. The cabin staff left you wanting nothing. I wish I could think of one single thing to complain about but I cant. A fter cruising with NCL it would be hard to go back to RCCL.

This was our 6th cruise and our first on NCL. The ship is beautiful, very plush and one of the most comfortable ships we've ever been on. The crew was amazing - whenever you passed someone, whether they were emptying trash or pushing a cart, they went out of their way to say hello.

The Ship is Brand New and well laid out. We had a mini-suite that was very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and willing to make your trip a great experience.

We are first time crisers and it was outstanding. This vacation has everything, sun, shopping, gambling, food, activities, relaxing, etc.. We enjoyed the entire trip. The staff was amazing and the ship was great!! I highly recommend this trip!!

the pearl was beautiful all the dining areas was charming, loved the stardust theater and the food was good.the raffles & games & two for one drink specials was something different. The bowling area was beautiful. the crew&entertainment was wonderful

Ship was maintained in excellant condition. Tennis court was in rear which blocked the strong headwind. The different activities and floors were readily acessable and clearly marked.

The Norwegian Pearl is perhaps the most beautiful ship we've ever cruised. Just launched this past October, the Pearl provided us with spectacular arenas to please our every taste. The Bliss Lounge was truly spectacular with its two bowling alleys, disco and private lounges decorated in plush colors throughout. The crew extended exceptional service in lounges, restaurants and staterooms. We fully enjoyed our daily activities which included trivia, shuffleboard, sunning, the casino, and the art auction, which was so expertly handled that we thought we were on a tour in an art museum. Freestyling allowed us to dine at our normal time - 6PM - with the greatest varieties of restaurants to choose from: Italian, French, Asian, TexMex, American, Japanese, etc. Our favorite was the French Le Bistro restaurant, which afforded us the most dramatic attention to food and service. The entertainment was varied and most enjoyable and included the most professional performers anyone could ask for. Our early embarkment was the easiest ever and allowed us to enjoy the most of our first day. Disembarkment was also effortless as we took full advantage of the express mode. We highly recommend the Norwegian Pearl and look forward to cruising on her again.

THE SHIP WAS AWESOME. NO DISSAPOINTMENTS THERE. WE ARE FREQUENT CRUISERS AND THE SHIP WAS EVERYTHING WE EXPECTED AND MORE. THE SERVICES AND STANDARDS ARE STILL EXCELLENT. THESE CRUISES RUN LIKE A FINE SWISS CLOCK AND WE LOVE THAT. OUR SUITE WAS AWESOME. REALLY ENJOYED OURSELVES AND LOVED EVERY MINUTE.
