Arrived at the port early therefore had to receive a group # boarding card and wait to be called, which I didn't mind. The problem was Norwegian's terminal in Miami. They really need to do some renovations. Not enough seating and just old.

Booked a Mayan ruins tour through this website with Native Choice excursions. Would definitely recommend them. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and professional. The transportation was clean and air-conditioned. And water was provided. Only drawback is that their office is a 10 min walk from the ship. But I would say worth the short walk.
