No tags in your room last night of the cruise. You have to go down for them yourself and pick a time. Getting off the ship was total chaos.

Always had to go to lobby for departure luggage tags on NCL except if in a suite when butler took care of it . Found different chefs on different lines and cruise. Some were more likeable to my tastes but if varies as to the tastes of passengers. Can't please all of the thousands I guess .
