We enjoyed our cruise experience, however, we would have preferred more time at the ports and less sea time. There was a full day at Skagway, but would have preferred the full day to be at Juneau. Also not enough time in Ketchakan.
Most importantly: It was a safety hazard when we docked at Juneau, we had been at sea for two days and when we docked it was 2:30pm which meant everyone was getting off at the same time. I felt it was completely disorganized and I was worried that my 9-year-old was going to get trampled. A better system needs to be put in place when you know everyone will be disembarking at the same time.

We had the kosher meals which could have been better quality.

We enjoyed all the shows that we went to. The staff talent show was also very entertaining\, well done. We also appreciated at all the shows the jokes on \"washy washy\".
