I suggest you do not do online check-in before the day of departure.It will not influence your trip at all even you don't do that until you get to the port, but it is the company's strong "excuse" to reject refunds for any impersonal or personal emergency.On that day which our cruise departed,a lot of passangers got NO refunds for some resonable issues, which I personally think it is reasonable.Staff likes playing "words game" to tell passangers why it is logical not to pay them money back. Luggage carriers are very bad to serve their customers. When we were asking question about luggage tags, the guy who served us were not patient and friendly at all. We gave him tips, he even asked more. Because of his bad attitude, I rejected, he said something impolite to us.The assistants at the check-in desk also have bad attitude.Their attitude ruined our desire of our trip.
