Freestyle "The Worst"

Sail Date: November 23, 2008

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Inside

My husband and I have travel in other cruises like Royal Caribbean and Carnival and the experience was incredible. NCL does not meet the quality in Service, food and entertainment to the ones above. Some emplpyees were rude and did not give the extra mile to make you feel special. Since is a Freestyle cruise you dont get the special attention from the same servers every night, so they do not really care because they will be tipped anyway at the end. First time in NCL and LAST.

Pros: The ship is very nice and well decorated.

Cons: Customer Service is terrible

Recommends Norwegian Pearl? No.

Belize City, Belize
Nothing worth seeing.
Don't Miss: nothing
Coxen Hole, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras
The Zip-Line in Roatan is a wonderful experience and is the biggest. Worth the price.
Don't Miss: Zip-Line
Great Stirrup Cay (Cruiseline Private Island), Bahamas
A day to relax at the sun and swim in a nice beach.
Don't Miss: Limbo contest and snorkeling.
Cozumel, Mexico
Beautiful island, nice people and shops.
Don't Miss: Tulum Ruins and Alligator Farm. Beautiful beaches and sightseeing.
