What a Disaster

Sail Date: December 22, 2006

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Balcony

If you don't run right to your room and book the restaraunts youare screwed. we were stuck eating in the Garden Cafe. If you got in a restaraunt the foor was bad as well as the service. just an overall bad experience. We travel Royal caribbean and Carnival and have always had fun. My kids hated the game room. They show a picture on line that is not an actual photo. My son was so dissapointed he never even went into it. We couldn't book excursions without waiting in line for three hours. I waited then it was to late to make any dinner reservations. ALL I CAN SAY IS I AM GLAD TO BE HOME

Pros: Not One

Cons: Just a waste of a week and a lot of money

Recommends Norwegian Pearl? No.

Road Town, Tortola, B.V.I.
Pretty
Don't Miss: Take a tour
Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
One of my personal favorites
Don't Miss: the beach
Cayo Levantado (Samana), Dominican Republic
DIRTY and scary. I would never go back to this port. There is nothing there except poverty
Don't Miss: Don't Go
Great Stirrup Cay (Cruiseline Private Island), Bahamas
way to small, the beach was so packed there was no way of getting a chair or spot on the beach, we were back on the ship within an hour
