Review SummaryThere were many people upset that their luggage did not get to them until late the first evening, requiring changes in dinner plans. Of our 5 family members, three did not get their luggage until after 8 pm, and staff did not even bother to knock to let us know that the luggage had finally arrived. Very poor customer service. It was an unpleasant start to an otherwise pleasant cruise.
