big, new ship that was clean with intially friendly, though not very helpful staff. Air arrangements were a disasterwith weather delay causing missing the ship and more out of pocket expenses to catch the ship. $400 per person air to Juneau, ship's 1st stop and $300 per person additional fee to get on the ship. Even though cruises-only agent said that NCL would get me to the ship if I booked air through them at higher prices than I could have gotten. Voice mailboxes only while being stranded in an airport with a missed flight due to weather and no help or contact from NCL or . Sinking feeling of having just been robbed with no place to go.

Pros: Alaska

Cons: non-responsiveness of NCL and Cruises-only, being taken
