The staff were friendly, the mini suite was great! The food in some areas was awesome....others below par for the price(Cagney's).
Juneau and Glacier Bay were breathtaking. Ketchikan was a complete tourist trap.

We had a virus outbreak on the trip. My father was quarantined and we returned home had to be hospitalized! I got the virus on the day we returned and was sick for 5 days!!! They really need to get their hands around better ways of containment besides having everyone soap their hands. Yet, they don't clean the banisters....what a joke!

Too bad the standards they used AFTER the virus outbreak weren't part of standard protocol. That would have really helped!

Pros: Glacier bay

Cons: My family get the virus on board

Recommends Norwegian Pearl? Yes!
