This cruise line seems to be set for those with a six figure income, if not enjoy the customer service less ride. We arrived to the cruise terminal to a closed building standing outside with no cruise ship representatives in sight to tell us where to drop of bags just standing in the cold and wind for 45 minutes. Also, never received our e-mailed itinerary so make sure you sign up on there website if you want any boarding or onboard information. Whenever we noted a problem (smelly bathroom, no itinerary, no onboard activity guide) we where brushed off and the front desk acted like they didn't care. Whenever drinks where served they always tried to up sell you on the "souvenir" cup then your stateroom maid service threw them out. The buffet and no pay restaurants where not bad but could have been a lot better. The pay restaurants serve the best quality food, so it seems if you wanted good you had to pay extra. The shore excursions where a blast and the onboard entertainment was great. We won't be traveling with this cruise line again.
