It is a new ship and is clean and bright.

Dining room far too overcrowded and it is impossible to get a reservation, especially if there are more than two people.

Rangers brought on board did an excellent job of narrating glaciers, etc.

Absolutely amazing program. Very impressed

Service and Staff

Stateroom stewards did an admirable job. Except for a two or three notable exceptions, staff had no interest in helping out. Many, including Lattitudes representive, acted as if requests were a big imposition.
