Norwegian Majesty Cruise Review to Caribbean - Western
Sail Date: March 18, 2006
Ship: Norwegian Majesty
Cabin Type: Inside
Traveled As: Family (older children)
Reviewed: 7 years ago
Review SummaryThe ship's winter home port of Charleston was wonderful. We drove from Phila and found the embarkation experience smooth with safe parking at the dock. The lack of airfare for 4 made this affordable for a single mom. Although the ship is older, it had all the features we wanted, especially free style dining. Our quad cabin was comfortable and didn't feel crowded. We ate when and where we wanted, not revolving our schedule around a certain seating time. The quality of shows on board, especially the song/dancing ones, were superb. We found the Majesty's crew to be personable and accomodating.
Ports of Call
Pros: free style dining, dance shows
Cons: skip Key West, go to NCL's private island instead
