Review SummaryIt started out with no hot water or heat in our semi clean cabin. Two days into the cruise we had hot water but then no air. The ship stability had a lot to be desired although the kids did enjoy the wave pool! If it weren't for our cabin attendant, the whole cruise would have been a bust. He was by far the friendliest of the staff and there whenever we needed him. Unfortunately, the gratuities are added to your bill and you have no choice but to pay them. I would have forgone the splitting of gratuities and given the whole amount to the cabin attendant. Even the cruise director "RayRay" lost his enthusiasm by the end of the week and referred to himself as "Ray". The freestyle cruising is for the birds. Two hour wait for dinner because nobody informs you to make reservations but then they only take a few of those. People were extremely upset with the wait only to have poor service and so so food. The wait staff seemed to be going through the motions with little to no emotion. We also weren't allowed to go to Grand Caymen because of weather which can't be helped, but we had to sit in the rough and windy seas for hours waiting on crew members. People were sick all over the ship. It was gross! No compensation was given for missing a port either. The best part of the ship was docking on Saturday morning and being home.
