We had a great time

Sail Date: April 01, 2008

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

The ship was fine., except the don't have enough room for people to eat at the buffet by the time you find room your food is cold and they need coffee and tea at both ends. We noticed that the door was open to eat in the observatory so we went there but on one of the days it was closed but we went down anyway and one of the workers said it was closed because they didn't want you to eat there. rhey need an adult pool. When the Captain finds out a island is going to be closed, he should continue. We shouldn't have to sit there for employees to be brought to the ship. We might have been able to spend more time at Cozemel or Key West. That's what the did on the Royal Carribian and the had plenty of room on the buffe and adult swimming.

Pros: the staff is not only efficient and friendly

Cons: They need to do something about the buffet. There isn't enogh room to eat and buy the time you find a place your food iscold and they only have coffee and tea at on end, so if you can;t carry it with your food you have to go back. I thought one of their pools was for adults. I was very disappointed
