fantastic week, NM's crew great!

Room Type: Inside

The ship's winter home port of Charleston was wonderful. We drove from Phila and found the embarkation experience smooth with safe parking at the dock. The lack of airfare for 4 made this affordable for a single mom. Although the ship is older, it had all the features we wanted, especially free style dining. Our quad cabin was comfortable and didn't feel crowded. We ate when and where we wanted, not revolving our schedule around a certain seating time. The quality of shows on board, especially the song/dancing ones, were superb. We found the Majesty's crew to be personable and accomodating.

Pros: free style dining, dance shows

Cons: skip Key West, go to NCL's private island instead

Key West, Florida
Key West feels like South Street in Philly to us. I'd rather go to NCL's private island for a beach/dinner party.
George Town, Grand Cayman
We went snorkeling and loved it. If we had more time I would have gone to Seven Mile Beach for a few hours.
Cozumel, Mexico
We did a snorkeling/beach combo. The beach/buffet trip was excellent. Since we had snorkeled at Grand Cayman, next time we'll just do the beach at Cozumel. Our Cozumel boat crew gave excellent instruction & were helpful.
