Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Inside

This was our 4th cruise w/NCL.each time going downhill,we gave it one more shot,it hit rock bottom, the worst cruise we've ever been on,buffet on top deck all process garbage(nothing fresh,30-45 minute wait for dining room,ok service, food was also processed and tasteless, unable to cancel excursion w/46 hours(we thought it was 24)excursion staff rude and uncooperative, excursion not what we were told it was, overall not the cruise experience we ad wished for.

Pros: specialty restaurant(the Bostro),nice cabin

Cons: buffet on top, awful, dining room hit or miss, free style

Recommends Norwegian Majesty (RETIRED)? No.

While most the staff was courteous and friendly, some were not so nice, a barmaid acted as if I was botheing her and shrugged me off to another waitress, the excursion staff was beligerant, ovrall you could tell the staff was stressed
