Tired Ship and Dining Chaos- Avg Cruise

Sail Date: March 01, 2007

Reviewed: 10 years ago

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Oceanview

Ship was def. showing its age. Not easy to find your way around either. Not to be rude but Most Staff is from the Philiplines... they def. need some diversity. The folks from Jamaica were the nicest on the Crew!

The Kids Crew were EXCELLENT. Wish I could take them with us to every ship!

Pros: Shows and Ports of Call

Cons: Dining Room Chaos! Very Disorganized. Can't believe this is what they do for a living.

Recommends Norwegian Majesty (RETIRED) 137? No.

Cabin / Stateroom
Very Clean - State Room Staff very friendly & great w/ Kids. We Loved Will!!!
Ship Quality
Layout was very confusing. Not grand entryway. Odors in the hallways were foul.
Service and Staff
Other than Kids Crew Staff & State Room Staff noone really went above and beyoud.
Sharkbait was great show.
Food and Dining
Not a very good variety on the Buffet. Seven Seas dining room was very Slow service.
Children's Programs
The Kids Corner and 6-9 yr old program were fantastic. Our children loved the crew --- Lollipop and Hip Hop, Noodle and Jumping Jeff were GREAT!! Wish they were onboard every ship we frequent. This was clearly the only Bright Spot of the cruise.
