The ship was very nice & clean. All Employees were super helpful! Our inside 7th floor cabin was small and could be redesigned for more functional space but it was kept very clean by housekeeping. Buffets were ok, sit down dinning was better. Overall food was tastey ANYWHERE, niceley presented, and a pleasing variety at that. NCL Ashore dining program should be taken advantage of. Great concept! The shows were entertaining and were of quality performance. We liked stopping at one port only. island transportation was easy by bus and ferry. St Geroge was the nicest port anyway, where we docked. Wish the shops were open in the evening or locals sold items at the beaches or on the streets but we did not encounter that. The beaches were geourgous although finding them pink was a stretch. They were tan. Overall, very sandy, pleasant and easy to find. Horseshoe beach was enjoyable. (A FEW TIPS---- We arrived at Boston airport and took a bus to the port. It costs us each $2.50 round trip in total transferrs. What a bargin!!! ALSO, WE are a 'Gay' couple. The ship was not a gay cruise. Although, we had no problems being treated any different by staff we did find it a bit uncomfortable among some fellow-crusiers. All in all it was a nice expereince and we would travel with NCL again. P.S. Severeal of the entertainers were obviously gay - I guess WE are enjoyed when some care to appreciate us when they WANT to) It is sad there are still those that are so rightous and narrow minded. If you are gay, do not hestitate in taking any cruise. IT WAS OUR FIRST CRUISE AND SURELY NOT OUR LAST. " Happy Cruisting-- Hope this info helps all"

Pros: dining, one port stop had easy transportation for island, beaches

Cons: The 3 major towns had limited shopping, drinks were pricey

St. George's, Bermuda
Ports St George was pleasant in viewing from the ship and close to a beach Port Hamilton was docked on their busy front street Port Docks was quiet and not much to see there Ferrys and Buses are easy to get around. In one hour from St Gerorge you can be at Horseshoe Beach. From there another 30 minutes you can reach the other end of the island. Buses can be late,,so be prepared. They are clean. Watch for open windows on some, AS some are NOT air-conditioned. That can be a plus as humidy in the summer is high. WE went Sept 1st and it was sticky then. Bermuda is quaint, relaxing, & Blue Waters Galore!
