never again will i sail NCL

Sail Date: August 01, 2006

Reviewed: 10 years ago

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Oceanview

everything about the ship was tired. very dirty, food was horrible, but we were most disappointed with the way we were treated on board. it's as if we were a "bother" to the crew...

Pros: bermuda beaches

Cons: ship was dirty, water was yellow, service was not up to par

Entertainment
the only good entertainment were the comedians on board.
arcade was a joke. it was so small my kids could hardly breathe!
Cabin / Stateroom
we had an oceanview room on deck nine. the room was big enough for the four of us...however, the room needs updating (carpet, bedspreads, etc..) the room stewards kept our room tidy. they work hardest on the ship
Ship Quality
ship is small-but we knew that. we found it extremely run down and dirty. never saw anyone cleaning at all during our trip!
Food and Dining
worst food i ever tasted. period.
Service and Staff
customer service skills were totally lacking on this sailing!
no one ever smiled!
Children's Programs
poor staff attitude-boring -kids did not want to go
