Ship was nice and staff was great!

We have not cruised in 25 years-not since our honeymoon. The staff was great and very attentive to our needs. We didn't like the R-rated entertainment, although being warned in thier daily newsletter was nice to know. Also, the continual pushing of alcohol and gambling was a spoiler. It was sad to see so many people in a constant stupor from drinking. Also the cruise had about 350 kids which we didn't appreciate. especially the teens who roamed the ship unchaperoned for the duration of the cruise-Where were the parents?
Over all it was good-the 2 other couples we went with had a great time togrther-the food was excellent and don't miss the Chocoholic Buffet on Friday night-you won't believe it!

Pros: Freestyle Cruising was good-no scheduled meals

Cons: Non-stop drinking and gambling

too much emphasis on drinking and gambling. very limited "family" entertainment offered.

St. George's, Bermuda
St George is beautiful! Go to the Carriage House with your NCL Voucher for dinner!
Don't Miss: Carriage House Estaurant and Turtle Bay-skip Tobacco Bay-it's very crowded!
