Overall, trip was good. Temps were a little cool, and the water in Bermuda was still pretty cold, but there were a handful of people who did swim. We love the beach and the beautiful turquoise water and pristine sand. Crew were fantastic, and seemed happy to be cruising again.

Ok but not spectacular. Need more ports where activities are within walking distance. Roatan has small shopping area,Costa Maya doest let you use their lounge chairs if you don't order drink even if you purchase stuff at stores. Harvest Caye is spectacular and line should do overnight stay there or go twice during cruise. Activities after 11pm for those of us that are older are nonexistent

I was very glad to be back to cruising and the crew seemed to be also. It was very relaxing. As always, there are places to go to be quiet or places to be in the middle of the fray.

I wouldn't miss this cruise! By Cozumel we were pretty worn out. The last full day at sea was nice and relaxing by the pool. One tip for laying by the pool. Grab your towels the night before and be there to put your towels on a lounger no later than 5:30-6 am. Otherwise you will not get a lounger. Go back after breakfast or lunch. No one bothered the towels.

We love cruising! The ship was beautiful and clean with friendly staff. The observation lounge was a nice new addition. Solid ports and overall, a great time.

Everything was great from the time to port of embarkation to disembarkation.

Had a great Caribbean week! Highly recommended ship, crew, food, entertainment and ports! Definitely brought me a lot of Joy!

The cruise was great fun. There were plenty of activities on board and lots of places to explore. We enjoyed the game shows in the strium and the shows in the theater. The dining was exceptional. The crew on the Joy were wonderful and very attentive.

Luxurious pampering in the Haven, put it on your bucket list if possible

Great ship... great venues , fast wifi... Air-condition in two of our cabin was poor and you can't get a diet pepsi on disembarkation day

I had a great time… the only downside is that i traveled for my bday ( 3/30) and had plans for Costa Maya… because I wasn’t able to get off the ship ( for safety reasons). I asked for some sort of compensation or dinner credit and received nothing. Sad!

This was an amazing cruise. The staff was excellent, always friendly and helpful. The dining room food could use some more variety and some more regular places to eat. The shows and activities were great for our family!

It was a fun family vacation. We made the most out of the issues onboard with no splash academy, and the weather. It was a bit rocky all week. The kids said they’d go again and It beat snow that we were getting at home hands down.

Very enjoyable and relaxing. It is what you make it. Second cruise with Norwegian and still impressed with the experience. Norwegian provides a terrific cruise experience,

Staff was great and there was so many options of things to do I feel like I have to go again just to do all of the things I didn't get a chance to do.

Dissatisfied with Buffett being mostly cold food. Entertainment was good and plentiful. Bartenders were on the top of their game. I think the ship holds 3400 we had 3000 and one pool was ridiculous. The casino was large and nicely spread out.

I guess with NCL the days of all inclusive sailing is over, we spent over $1K in addition to the initial cost, and really did not do much on the ship. Basic things like water, internet service, games all come with a steep upcharge. Be careful what you are getting into.

I would recommend the Norwegian Joy 100% to anyone considering sailing aboard her.
