Cabin / Stateroom

Very small, but extremly well designed - however a very very very long way to walk from elevators - not good when you are getting a bit older....

Ship tip

Get the special offer drinks and speciality dining package- this turned out to be an amazing offer

Note that there is a free shuttle bus ( hop on hop off - freeeeeee) taking you to all the local sights (It stops outside the port at the bus stop), also note free WiFi at McDonald's in shopping centre (one of the shuttle bus stops). Go to the Totem Pole Museum - you may want to walk there at beginning of your tour, because watching the salmon climb up the stream (by bridge) is amazing as is seeing all the baby salmon further up the river (All freeeee). NOTE: THE LADY AT THE TOURIST INFORMATION IN THE PORT WAS NOT HELPFUL, AND DID NOT TELL US ANY OF THIS USEFUL INFO EVEN THOUGH SHE COULD SEE THAT I AM USING A CANE

Juneau, Alaska

Get a taxi to the MENDENHALL Glacier (takes up to 6 people and should cost max 30 dollars). Buy entrance tickets at glacier (5$ per adult, kids are free) get taxi back ( lots of taxis there, 25$). Don't be conned into paying more... GLACIER ANK PARK IS WONDERFUL

CRUISE ENDICOTT ARM & DAWES GLACIER

Wonderful, make sure you get good seat in observation lounge

Icy Strait Point (Hoonah), Alaska

Town so so, but had wonderful day on deck 17 watching the scenery - lots of whales, sea otters, dolfins and lovely view

Victoria, British Columbia

Get taxi into town (10$ for all one way), queue in taxi line straight away, not the shuttle line, as shuttle 15 per person (return) - silly us paid 75$ when could have paid 20$
