Airport transfer at IAH was chaotic, NCL reception staff had no accurate information, they gave out different information to different people.  Some people waited 4 hours to get to cruise terminal.

Excursion consultant staff did not have any additional knowledge besides what was already printed in the descrition.  It was a waste of time to ask them anything.

Garden Cafe was dirty and greasy, there were crumbs and food stuff seen on the floor from day one. Some remained there for days.  Windows there were not clean.

Both restaurants and cafe seem to be understaffed.  Service takes a long time.

City's infrastructure is not up to the tourists crowd, streets are very narrow and dirty. Tour bus had to make K-turns in every corner.
