We have sailed on Norwegian 3 times. The first two were good. We love to take cruises, but Norwegian has gone downhill. First the buffet was horrible, so we ate in the dining room. There is also a language problem. The casino is small & very crowded. The show were much better in the past. We had seen the finale of \"Fountains\" on the Gem and it was wonderful. The same show was on the Jewel and it was terrible.Oh well,Believe it or not we still had a good time, relaxing on our own and that was what our trip was about. We loved a piano player named \"Fabrizio\" We listened to this talented man many nights. He plays the old standards and takes requests. He was the best.

Pros: Dining room and Fabrizio the piano player

Cons: small crowded casino

Recommends Norwegian Jewel? No.
