Norwegian Jewel Cruise Review to Alaska - Inside Passage
Review SummaryThis was a really wonderful scenic cruise and very relaxing. There was not a lot of night life in the ports but there was plenty of shopping if you like jewelry and clothing. While this was an \"Inside Passage\" cruise, note that our course returning from Alaska took us out of sight of land on the Pacific Ocean side of things. While on the open sea, we had \"moderate\" seas between 3 to 5 feet. This caused some very mild rolling motion of the ship which for us was no problem but for some it caused some sea sickness (mostly inside cabin folks who could not see outside). Just keep that in mind if you are new to cruising.
