NCL Jewel Sawyer Glacier Cruise

I would recommend this ship with a few cautions. First take the restaurant plan if its offered. The amount of people on the ship all eating breakfast at the same time is not conducive to a pleasant experience. Second, try an outside excursion company and save yourself no less than 20 percent over NCL's cost. NCL will tell you that they are concerned about safety but there are plenty of excursion companies that are not affiliated with NCL that have better ratings than those that are. I saved almost $500 going with an outside company. The suite I had was great, service with our cabin was excellent and the ship was clean and people were friendly.

Pros: Penthouse Suite and amenities that came with it\, excursions\, restaurants

Cons: Buffet is ridiculously crowded\, food was mediocre for the cost of the cruise\, had to pay extra for the restaurants but after going to the buffet it was well worth the $79

Recommends Norwegian Jewel? Yes!

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
Cabin / Stateroom
Service and Staff
If anyone from NCL reads this\, please take the 70's music show out of the line up. It was terrible.
