Review SummaryMy husband and I were traveling with our 18 month old. We didn't come across one staff member that wasn't friendly and willing to do what they could to help.We feel that it was a great ship for families, however, there wasn't anything geared towards our daughter's age. They had an "Under 2 Zoo" which was a joke- half a set of mega blocks, two ripped tents, and a fisher-price toy. The room was literally a closet. They also would not let babies in swim diapers go in the pool which was a major surprise to us and huge disappoint as our daughter loves to swim. The pillows were hard as bricks. The tendering system getting off the boat was complete chaos. The lines ran the length of the ship, people were yelling at each other, and no staff members were to be found.
However, we do feel that with older kids this would be a great value for the money. The ship was very clean. The food was ok. We will return to NCL... just with kids out of diapers and our own pillows.
