The Jewel is a beautiful ship and there were definitely some high points to our cruise. The daily barbecues, the entertainment and the courtesy of the staff were to be commended. I do believe that the freestyle theory and the Nickelodeon entertainment attract families and lots and lots of kids; we were looking for a cruise that was more relaxing and with other couples and travelers in our age range.
