A Good Cruise

Sail Date: June 25, 2011

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Balcony

The staff was great. But the poolside seating was terrible. Not enough lounge chairs and people allowed to put towels and personal objects on the chairs and tables to save places from about 7 in the morning until late afternoon. Quite a few of the chairs were broken and unable to be used.

Pros: The staff, especially the waite and cabin staff were wonderful!

Cons: The seating at the pool area was terrible people reserved chairs and tables all day.

Recommends Norwegian Jewel? No.

Port Canaveral, Florida
Great Stirrup Cay (Cruiseline Private Island), Bahamas
This needs a lot of improvement. The lack of shade made this island extremely difficult.

Enjoyed the excursion to the Blue Lagoon Beach with a lot of things for the children.
