Purchased 2 rooms and was informed that they would be close together and they were 3 floors apart. Family was separated, very disappointing. Had daughters b-day aboard ship requested things prior and nothing went through had to follow up on my own.Wasn't well informed about the tender tickets that we needed to travel to your island missed half day due to poor communication, also poor communication on how luggage was to be tagged to leave ship. I was told had to carry it off by your crew, did this with 5 bags a suit and 2 children and a stroller, then had to wait in long line with everyone that had tags and just carry-ons. Not pleasant experience at all, will make known that Norwegian Cruise is not the way to go. Bought and paid for a trip for retirement gift and was told by recipients that cruise wasn't very enjoyable. Should have taken there word rather than buying my own family tickets.Travel agents blames Norwegian and Norwegian blames travel agent ,but whom really is to blame not my family or friends???????
