Sorry to say our third cruise on ncl and it was the same old thing, bad service, not a great selection of food, it just don't compare to Canaval nor Royal Caribbean, not even close, and also this was a nickelodeon theme ship and they were nowhere to be found, ncl should take a cruise on Disney to see how its done , so disapointed. you will not find me on another ncl cruise if i can help it.

Pros: SHIP IS BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN

Cons: THE CREW STAFF SEEMS IF THEY ARE IN TRAINING, UNFRIENDLY.

Recommends Norwegian Jewel? No.

Entertainment
some of the show not all were high school like shows, were is glee when you need them.
Service and Staff
this is what gets me, some of the staff were so unfriendly, almost like this was a training ship for them, just didn't get it ?
Children's Programs
8 month old granddaughter and the only thing for her was what they call the congo room, what a joke ! fold up tents and two musical toys, and some bent books......this area needs alot of help !
Ship Quality
ship is long but not so wide, very clean i give you this, beautiful decor inside pool is great, dining rooms are nice, overall nice ship.
Food and Dining
They need to have more selection on there food, and their specialty restaurants shouldn't be so expensive so that we can enjoy them all.
Cabin / Stateroom
rooms are avage size, beds were very confortable or mybe i was drunk, but very nice rooms, need bigger tv in rooms.
Nassau, Bahamas
clean beaches, nice people, good shopping, nice port of call...
Port Canaveral, Florida
10 hour stay, thats great, gives you time to do lots of things.
