The only real draw back was very poor service in the dinning room. The problem is with the free style dinning you don't have the same waiters twice. The fact that they get more auto grats is a problem. In other words they are well paid and really don't have to excel at thier job there is no incentive. I really like the ship layout, the cabin stewards did a good job, and as I said the entertainment was the best we have had on any ship. The food quality is very good, but the deserts do not match Carnival. But we will certainly take another NCL and probably a Jewl class ship. You very seldom feel crowded on this ship. There is about 1,100 staff and about 2,300 passengers. This is a very good ratio.

Pros: Entertainment was the best of any ship we have been on.....

Cons: Servise in the no charge resturants was very poor.

Recommends Norwegian Jewel? Yes!
